Welcome! We are a think tank dedicated to feminism at work.
Our aim is to reach visionary people and organizations in order to transform the world of business and work, inspiring and helping them to flourish in an healthier environment by embracing feminist values and supporting feminist business practices. For this purpose we offer intersectional feminist ideas, strategies, and tools to transform the workplace.
We yearn to move the conversation about what it means to be ‘feminist’ as a business, an organization and a leader on a new and organic level, shifting the debate from incremental ideas like “adding more women” or “being more feminine” to a conversation focused on creating more feminist organizations, businesses, and systems.
For us, feminism means believing that women and men are equal and deserve equal rights. If you agree with that, you’re a feminist. In our updated perspective, feminism is a movement for everyone, aimed to:
- End sexism and all forms of oppression
- Establish political, economic, and social equality
- Create a world in which everyone flourishes.
We strongly believe that everyone who works has in his own hands the potential of change, making a positive difference through feminist business practice. With “everyone” we literally mean everyone, from the manager to the worker, from parents to young people.
There are many ways for each of us to embrace right away feminism into our work, opportunities to make small changes with big effects in the sphere of leadership in organizations. We tend towards a more just and equitable future, learning along with you, together, to help change the world of work.
