Aysha Muminova
Having studied in international business schools in South Korea and France – two drastically different cultures- I have learned to see things more clearly and objectively, as well as to adapt easily to new ways of life and new business practices. I believe that one thing a woman should never adapt to is unfair estimation of her talents and skills, disrespect and discrimination. Therefore, I see it as my primary goal to empower women, but also encourage businesses to learn how to benefit from embracing feminism.

Francesca Asja Trento
I am a 21-year-old Italian student majoring in Economics. I consider myself as a really dynamic, ambitious and creative person, I love to seize new opportunities and reach new goals. I decided to take part in this project because feminism has always been an extremely relevant issue for me and since I am a young woman approaching the labor market, I want to be as much informed as possible and participate in the process of creating a fair working environment for everyone.

Anna Zavan
I am a young business major coming from Italy. My studies gave me the opportunity of pursuing a double degree in the French city of Clermont-Ferrand. Due to this I had the chance of meeting other passionate students with whom I’ve forged a deeper bond. This friendship has developed into the creation of this blog. We chose feminism since it is a pressing challenge particularly in the working environment. As I myself am a young woman entering the workplace, I could not fail to take part in this project.

Camillo Staniscia
Pursuing Dual Degree from a university in Italy and a business school in France, I came across two types of companies and business people: those who still live in a bubble and follow a strictly patriarchal management style, and those who empower their female employees. An interesting observation of mine – those who position themselves as a “feminist-friendly” business are several times more effective and productive. Therefore, specializing in Business Management, I now strive to change the outdated views, and help entreprises prosper in a modern world of equal treatment of genders.
